Groupon was all the rage when it first came out over 10 years ago...but their 50% commission model destroyed incentives for retailers to use their platform and they eventually lost the buyers. Everyone realized their model did not work for retailers and caused conflict with consumers.

Our model allows retailers to make money while our buyers save money. It even allows our franchisees to make money too.


How it works:
· All coupons on Buyer Squad have a 90 day expiration.
· All revenue from each claimed coupon within 90 days will be sent directly to the retailer.
· All revenue from the coupons that are not claimed goes to the owner of the zip code.

Unclaimed coupons are known in the industry as "breakage".

This means if a retailer sells $10,000 in coupons, but only 85% get claimed...the franchisee keeps the 15% or $1,500 that went unclaimed.

How do I make money?
You'll earn money in two ways. First, you keep the revenue from each deal that goes unclaimed. This is called the "breakage". Second, you'll earn revenue each month from the VIP memberships in your zip code.
How much can I make?
As an example, let's assume you sell $100k in deals each month. 15% of those coupons go unclaimed. Which will equate to $15,000 in revenue. Additionally, you have 1,000 VIP members in your zip code paying $10 each = $10,000/month. This totals $25,000/month.
How much does it cost?
$999/month for each zip code.
Do I own my zip code exclusively?
Yes! You own your zip codes exclusively.
How long will it take to break even?
As they say...it depends. You could be profitable in your first month if the right deals goes viral.
How do I get paid?
We payout at the end of each week via direct deposit into your bank account on file. You will be asked to add your bank account when you complete your signup process.
Can I sell to retailers with multiple locations?
Yes, you can sell to any retailer you want in your area. If they have multiple locations, all revenue will go to you if you are the person who creates the deal with the retailer. We don’t limit your opportunity.
Why do you charge a monthly franchise fee?
Your franchise fees are used to help fund operations, product improvements, hosting and expansion.
Can I sell my zip code?
Yes. It’s an asset. We believe our franchisees should have the right to sell their income stream to other franchisees. The only requirement is that you sell to another franchisee. We will help you make that transfer when the time comes.
What if I don't want to do it anymore?
You can cancel your franchise ownership at any time. If one of your zip codes isn't working out or you simply don't have the time, you can cancel your ownership.
